Quickly view all of your properties at a glance, with essential details like their current status, rent amount, tenancy start and end dates, and the next rent due date. You can select any property to access more in-depth information, including images, Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ratings, full tenancy details, and deposit information.
Easily access and download documents related to each property. This includes tenancy statements as well as records such as tenancy agreements, various certificates and other important files.
Conveniently find and download your financial statements to review detailed rent and expense information for your properties.

This is your secure portal for managing your property information.
Once on the dashboard login page, locate the field for your email address.
Enter the email that you have previously registered with us. This is crucial for verifying your identity.
After entering your email, click the button labelled ‘Email me a sign-in link.’
The system will then send a secure, one-time login link to your registered email inbox.
The email you receive will contain a secure link. Click this link to be automatically and securely logged into your dashboard.
This link is unique to your login session and ensures the protection of your account and information.
