We were thrilled to win not one, but three major London prizes at the 2018 – 2019 UK Property Awards in October. For the second year running we were named London’s Best Estate Agency, Single Office and the capital’s Best Estate Agency Marketing, as well as London’s Best Lettings Agency. These awards bring our total to 54 since 2009.
For the Best Estate Agency category, we focused on our newest office, Chiswick, to represent the company. Due to the success of our surrounding network, the Marsh & Parsons brand was already well-recognised and reputable in the area, so opening in Chiswick made perfect sense.
Operating since April 2018, Chiswick has been one of our most successful office openings to date. This coveted prize encapsulates the great service we provide to our clients, not just in Chiswick but across our wider London network.
To be named as having London’s Best Estate Agency Marketing for the second year running is a testament to our unique brand campaign and marketing strategy. We truly believe we’ve created a campaign that has the courage of its convictions and unashamedly demonstrates the experience you can expect from Marsh & Parsons. In the same way that the Economist advertising campaigns ran for years, we believe we have created a tone of voice that is unique to us and can successfully keep going for years to come.
It has been a phenomenal year for our Lettings department. Despite a decrease in available stock across the London market, we have continued to increase the number of tenancies agreed. To be awarded Best Lettings Agency validates the quality of our work and our people, as well as acknowledging the outstanding results we consistently deliver to our clients.
This is the third time we’ve received top prizes at the International Property Awards, following last year’s success and our previous crowning as Best International Real Estate Agency in 2014. As category winners, we also represent London at the UK and International Property Awards. Results are announced in December, so keep your eyes peeled!
