Adrian Gill, whose resignation as LSL Property Services was announced last week after just nine months in post,
is to become group managing director of Property Services Holdings – the organisation formed through the
merger of Leaders and Romans.
Gill joined LSL as an independent non-executive director in September 2012 before, in November 2014,
becoming the executive director – estate agency, with responsibility for the performance of LSL’s agency brands
including Reeds Rains, Marsh & Parsons, LSLi and Your Move
PSHs joint chief executives, Paul Weller and Peter Coles, issued a statement saying Gills experience “will be
invaluable to our buy and build strategy which aims to acquire quality lettings and estate agency businesses to
add to Romans and Leaders branch networks.”
Last months merger of Leaders and Romans , backed by private equity firm Bowmark Capital, created a with
more than 140 branches and combined revenues of over 100m.
The group has more than 40,000 properties under management, as well as a presence in residential sales, new
homes, land, planning, surveying, mortgage advisory and auctions.
Before his LSL experience Gill was an executive director at Connells Limited, the agency business of the Skipton
Building Society, for more than a decade.
