Following our success at the UK Property Awards in October this year, we were delighted to win not one, but three further awards at the 2018 – 2019 International Property Awards, hosted at Savoy Hotel on 3rd December.
In the regional rounds, we were named the UK’s Best Estate Agency, Single Office and the capital’s Best Estate Agency Marketing. In addition, we were thrilled to be announced as Best International Real Estate Agency. These awards bring our total to 58 since 2009, an achievement we are incredibly proud of.
To be crowned Best International Real Estate Agency for the second time (the first being in 2014) is a huge achievement. As part of the entry criteria in the Best Estate Agency category, we were asked to focus on one office. We selected Chiswick as it provided us with a great opportunity to highlight the key elements of our new office opening successes and how the team encapsulates the great service and experience we deliver to our clients – all of which is reflected across our wider London network.
Receiving the UK’s Best Estate Agency Marketing award is a testament to the continued development of our unique brand campaign and marketing strategy. Throughout this year we have invested heavily in digitising the Marsh & Parsons brand and taking the campaign to the next level. This award validates the efforts of the business and the marketing team and celebrates a great year for Marsh & Parsons.
